You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use DailyPost AI. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Acceptable Use & AI Safety Rules

You agree to use DailyPost AI responsibly. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Upload photographs or likenesses of other individuals without their explicit written consent.
• Generate non-consensual sexual content, deepfakes, defamatory material, or harmful representations.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, debit protections, or client verification controls.
• Reverse engineer or misuse proprietary neural models or APIs.

Violations will result in immediate termination of the offending account with no refund.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
• AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the visual outputs generated through your personal digital twin and vault.

4. Subscriptions & Credits

Paid subscriptions (DailyPost Pro) and credit packs are managed via the Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

5. Limitation of Liability

DailyPost AI provides generative AI tools "as is". Generative AI can occasionally synthesize unpredictable visual artifacts. DailyPost AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
